Safeguarding & Support

Already done something you're worried about?

It's not too late to ask for support.

Sometimes we only begin to question a decision after we've made it.

Perhaps you've already clicked a link, replied to someone, shared something, sent or received money, agreed to something, or taken another action that now worries you.

Whatever has happened, don't let embarrassment or fear of getting into trouble stop you from speaking to someone you trust.

You may not know yet whether there is actually a problem. That's okay. You don't have to work that out by yourself.

Bring someone you trust into your CIRCLE and decide what to do next together.

Finding appropriate support

If something raised by one of our videos concerns you personally, there are independent organisations with specialist expertise that may be able to provide information and support.

Need help urgently?

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, or a crime is happening now, call 999 and ask for the appropriate emergency service.

For a police matter that does not require an immediate response, call 101 or contact the police online.
